Mallet London offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn footwear and apparel in original packaging. Please ensure items are returned in a resalable condition with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the products in their original Mallet branded box and secure them within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
